4. Confirmation and Service Delivery

  • In the case of consulting and smart home services, you will be prompted to book a time slot with your assigned manager.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel any order within 7 days if the service has not been delivered in full or does not meet expectations.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
