1. Service Delivery

At IS LEADTECH UG, we provide only digital, remote, and on-site IT services — no physical goods are shipped.

  • Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule a session or initiate contact with their assigned personal manager.
  • All scheduling is handled directly by the client to ensure maximum flexibility.
  • On-site services (e.g., Smart Home configuration) are available within a 300 km radius of our office in Leipzig. Travel beyond this range is possible but must be arranged and priced individually.

2. Timeframes

  • Most services are initiated by mutual agreement and scheduling between the client and the assigned manager.
  • The exact timing for delivery of services varies based on client availability and service type.
  • For urgent needs (e.g., diagnostics), we aim to respond within 24 hours of confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a scheduled service or appointment up to 24 hours before the agreed time, either by contacting your assigned manager or emailing [email protected].
  • Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the service being marked as completed.

4. Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase only if:
    • The service was not delivered;
    • Or it was delivered incomplete or not as agreed.
  • To initiate a refund, contact your personal manager or email us at [email protected].
  • Refunds are processed using the original method of payment (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) within 7 business days of approval.
  • No refunds are issued once a service has been fully provided.

5. Service Exchanges

  • You may request to change or exchange a booked service by contacting your manager.
  • If the new service has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the new service is lower in value, we will refund the difference within 7 business days.
